As a  Committee member in IVC for a number of years before the internet arrived. Since the mid 90's BNHIVC has looked for new ways to improve communications both with members of the club and other IVCs. We have felt it is important that administrative tasks can be shared among the committee to reduce the workload on individual volunteers.

We can now check a up to date state of membership as often as we like, our members help organise our social events for the coming months, we can now produce the next month list of events in the form of a bulletin for the events stored on the website.

In short its the solution we have been looking for sometime and now we have one with ActivityForum
