In our dance group we have an active membership and a few new members every year.

The Challenge was to grow the business without creating an administrative overhead.

Cuban Dance set out to find a system which would give them the tools to:-

·                Grow the business

·                Maintain a membership list

·                Promote and advertise their events

The system has to be able to send out event reminders quickly, we anticipated retaining more of our membership if they are reminded duing the day of an evening event for them to attend. The ActivityForum solution provided us with the tools to run our membership and at the same time grow.

We are constantly using the e-mail system to promote our dance activities and to reach our participants and members.
